It is so sad to see this. That is happens to anyone. Sammy Sosa has done much the same, he even dyed his hair blond too. Horrible that anyone hates themselves that much. So sad.

Shame on Lil' Kim's surgeon
Her doctor should be reprimanded for indulging her body dysmorphic disorder. Or if it isn't a disorder, and Lil' Kim simply holds her face in the same regard as a fashion accessory to be changed on a whim, then her doctor should still be publicly shamed for his/her lack of integrity. They go through ethics training about this kind of thing in med school, I believe.
